The Research and Evaluation Unit (REU) at the Institute on Human
Development and Disability (IHDD) at the University of Georgia (UGA) is
conducting a Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA) on behalf of
the *Georgia Vocational Rehabilitation Agency (GVRA) and the State
Rehabilitation Council (SRC)* and is seeking input from all stakeholders
regarding competitive, integrated employment for Georgians with
disabilities.



*Goal of the Comprehensive Statewide Needs Assessment (CSNA):*

The goal of this needs assessment is to collect information on the need for
services and gaps in services for job seekers with disabilities in Georgia.
This information will inform GVRA’s portion of the Georgia Unified State
Plan. GVRA wants to provide the best services possible and needs
community input.

Stakeholders may complete the full survey or only the questions
they choose. The survey is anonymous and no identifying information is
collected. *Please forward to community partners, individuals and family
members as appropriate. *
