[NFB_of_Georgia] Passing of Mr. Wayne High

We regret to inform you of the passing of Mr. Wayne High.  Wayne was a long
time federation member of the NFB Georgia State Affiliate where he served 1
term as the NFB Georgia State Affiliate President from 1998 to 2000, and a
previous passed President of the NFB Decatur Area chapter for 30 years.  He
will be greatly missed.
