Hello Everyone

It is week nine of our Mountain Hour at 5 calls. Time flies when you are
having fun. Although some of us are heading back to work, we will continue
our virtual education and socialization activities while the need continues
to exist.

Join us at 5pm mountain time Monday-Friday!  Our content will not
disappoint.

Join us at 5 for an all levels full body stretch. At 5:45 we will have an
advanced full body drop 2 workout

Eating in the Pandemic

Join us as we talk about eating during the pandemic. We will discus
everything from how to get groceries to how to keep our over snacking In
check.

Philosophy Friday
