Hello NFB Members, I have been notified that an announcement was sent out
today for Angel Eye's Fitness & Nutrition with this week's workout
schedule.  PLEASE DO NOT CLICK on any links.  DELETE that announcement that
has the word SPAM anywhere in the announcement.  I was told today's date is
8:02 AM.  I did not send you that message.

If you received an announcement on Monday at 9:50 AM, and it doesn't have
the word SPAM anywhere in it, it may be good but please read it carefully.
The schedule is the same every week so just jot down the schedule and
delete the email and remember to delete from your trash immediately.

If you receive anything from me and it does not look or sound authentic
then it probably is not, delete it and notify me immediately.
