Good Afternoon:

Thanks for talking to me this morning. Please send out to Georgia NFB. The
survey is about absentee ballads and mainly for use in facilty like nursing
facilities but there are some questions that everyone can answer. Just skip
the questions addressed to people in nursing facilities.
