[NFB_of_Georgia] Survey of DeafBlind Georgians

If you are DeafBlind (have combined hearing and vision loss) and live in Georgia, you are invited to complete this survey. 
DeafBlind Access of the South/GCDHH needs to hear from you!

We want to learn more about the support DeafBlind individuals may need to live independently.
Please answer the survey questions so that we can advocate for legislation to fund an SSP program for all DeafBlind persons in Georgia.
