[NFB_of_Georgia] Survey of DeafBlind Georgians

DeafBlind Access of the South/GCDHH needs to hear from you!

We want to learn more about the support DeafBlind individuals may need to live independently.
Please answer the survey questions so that we can advocate for legislation to fund an SSP program for all DeafBlind persons in Georgia.
This survey is for Georgia DeafBlind (combined vision and hearing loss) residents only.
