Kennedy Lawsuit that threatens the protections under Section 504 of the rehabilitation Act. This resolution was passed unanimously by the Georgia Affiliate Board, and now we are urging all members to email the following request to our state’s Attorney General office at ccarr at law.ga.gov , and copy John Pare at JPare at nfb.org .
