In 2020, we faced a global pandemic, and now, in 2025 we are dealing with a
global “scam-demic” that is affecting the entire world.  With the
increasing sophistication of the scams and fraud, staying informed is the
best way to protect against this worldwide foe.  The National Federation of
the Blind NOBBL Women cordially invites all to attend our next meeting on
Monday, October 13th at 7 pm via Zoom.  Our speaker will be Liz Buser,
Senior Advisor, Fraud Prevention Programs American Association of Retired
Persons (AARP).  She will be presenting on how to recognize and avoid scams
and fraud.  As usual, there will be a Q & A where you can get your
questions answered.  Scams and fraud have no respect of gender, age,
ethnicity, or location so, all are encouraged to attend! We look forward to
talking with you in the Zoom room.
