The members of the Joint Election Equipment Specifications and Standards
Committee Will be hosting a meeting to talk about the electronic voting machines.

• The committee will hear testimony and have discussion related to cybersecurity, accessibility,
and election administration from election administrators, county officials, accessibility experts,
auditors, and other stakeholders. Requests may be submitted to molly.aziz at house.ga.gov<mailto:molly.aziz at house.ga.gov> and
hayley.williams at sentate.ga.gov<mailto:hayley.williams at sentate.ga.gov> stating the presenter’s name, professional or organizational
affiliation, subject matter, presentation length and any presentation media. Final selection of
presenters and allocated time is at the discretion of the co-chairs.
• Public comment will be allowed at the discretion of the presiding co-chair. Only comments
relevant to the task of the committee will be allowed. Email submission of comments is
encouraged and can be submitted to molly.aziz at house.ga.gov<mailto:molly.aziz at house.ga.gov> and
Hayley.williams at senate.ga.gov<mailto:Hayley.williams at senate.ga.gov>.
We are asking that any who are able to please attend this meeting.
