            common problem areas. This is not your typical ab grinding
            butt boosting class. This class is designed specifically for
            people that have “bulky problem abs and butt” with years of
            no success! If you have or experience a hernia,
            incontinence, irritable bowel, constipation, lower back
            pain, abdominal pain, poor sleep, fatigue, and more… THIS is
