Unlike physical audible signals, our oko app only relies on your camera to make a signal accessible. This means that oko makes every pedestrian signal across the country accessible. How to use the oko app? When you're at a signalized intersection, open OKO and hold your iPhone against your chest, ensuring the camera of your phone is always looking where you're intended direction of travel. To easily find and orient yourself towards the light, start rotating your upper body away from your parallel street towards your parallel street. The moment the camera sees the light you'll feel the audible or vibration feedback, indicating that you're properly aligned.
