> In light of the current $500.00 (five hundred dollar) per event fee charged by the electronic Swift Voting System, the members of the NFB of AZ Phoenix Chapter 2021 Nominating Committee propose the following recommendations regarding conducting Phoenix Chapter Elections, scheduled, Saturday, February 06, 2021, be considered by the Membership, to initiate a discussion and arrive at a solution by consensus.

> In order to secure an affordable, electronic system that enables all members to vote by a Secret Ballot, we recommend that the, February 06, 2021, Elections of the NFB of AZ Phoenix Chapter be postponed no longer than for one year (Saturday, February 05, 2022), with the qualification that, if such a system is found and used by the NFB for members to vote on issues, during the 2021 National Convention, and is available to Affiliates/Chapters/divisions, Phoenix Chapter Elections will be conducted on, Saturday, August 07, 2021, at which time terms will be served until the next Constitutional Election, Saturday, February 04, 2023.

> Furthermore, we recommend that a Special Meeting of the Membership be called by President Brad Kuhn, prior to the February 06, 2021, Business Meeting, to resolve this issue.  According to the terms of the Phoenix Chapter Constitution, no less than seven members (25% of Active Members) must attend the Special Meeting to establish a quorum, in order to conduct official business that is binding.  Perhaps, Monday, February 01, 2021, at 6:00 p.m. would be suitable.
