Hello fellow Federationists from the   Phoenix Chapter; 

Apparently when I sent out the minutes for both April and May, I did not send out the agenda and zoom link for tomorrow’s meeting. Therefore, I have been sitting on this since Sunday. I do apologize. we will be having a meeting tomorrow and it is jam packed. Remember that we will be voting on the April and maze minutes as sent out to the list so if you have any changes let us know what they are for tomorrow. We will not be reading the minutes during the meeting therefore, if you have any corrections or changes make sure to bring that to the meeting so we can make the changes and vote on the minutes. Unfortunately, our secretary Vicki Hodges will not be at the meeting tomorrow because both her computer and phone crashed all just this week. Therefore Sharonda Goode will be taking short hand notes and the meeting will be recorded so we have the minutes for July done for the August meeting. This, of course, means we also will not have the June minutes to be read. However, as I said above, our meeting is still going to be jampacked. We have discussion of both the national and state convention, the first reading of the newly revised constitution, a message from President Porterfield in regards to meeting in person, and discussion of fundraising.  And of course, much much more. I will open up the meeting around 8:45 so everyone can mingle before the meeting starts. We will start promptly at 9:30.
