[NFBA-Phoenix] Important Information about Meeting In Person on 10-2-21

> For the first time in many, many months, we will be able to meet in-person!  It will be so nice to visit with each of you. The Phoenix office of SAAVI is making this possible and for this we are truly grateful. In order To attend the meeting in -person, we will respect the policies of the center which we spoke about during our meeting in September. As a refresher, I have included the details to consider when deciding how to join the October meeting in the notes below. If for any reason at all you prefer to join us via zoom, please do so. Your participation in whatever fashion you feel most comfortable is good with us.

> In-Person Meeting Guidelines:
> Proof of vaccination must be provided before entering SAAVI. To get confirmation/clearance ahead of time, send a copy of your vaccination information to Sharonda at sgoode at saavi.us. Completing this ahead of time will save time at the meeting. We will have a designated person on site to copy the vaccine information at the entrance to Suite 130 (B) however give yourself one less thing to remember by completing this task ahead of time. While at the center facemasks must be worn, temperatures will be taken, and social distancing should be maintained.
