Hello:

 

I am writing to let you know about a Covid and flu vaccine event that Saavi
Services for the Blind's Phoenix center is having this Friday. This is in
partnership with The university of Arizona's College of public health.
Please read below for details.

 

WHAT: Covid and Flu Vaccine Event

Date: Friday, November 18, 2022

Time: 8:00-10:00 AM

Location: 2920 N 7th ST Phoenix Arizona 85014

Drop off/pick up instructions: The entrance is off of Verde LN, just west of
7th ST and north of Thomas Rd.  Once you enter into the drive way off of
Verde LN, have your driver look for the sign that says "Main entrance" and
small vehicle drop off. The parking area is below the building. Please enter
into the building  via the entrance on the southeast of the parking
structure. You will know you are in the right area if you enter near an
elevator. The training center is located on the second floor. There will be
people around to help during the morning.

Other notes: Attached is three forms for Covid boosters. If you want to fill
this out in advance please do, as it will speed up the process day of.
