Dear Community Partner: 

 

The city of Phoenix is preparing the 2024-25 budget. Community input is a
valuable part of the annual budget process. Between April 2-16, 2024, the
city will be hosting 11 Community Budget Hearings to gather feedback on the
City Manager's Trial Budget which will be presented to City Council on
Tuesday, March 19th.  

 

Please share information about the budget hearings in your mailings and
communications with your members and constituents. The hearing schedule is
enclosed. 

 

At the hearings, residents will have an opportunity to comment on the
proposed budget. City Council members and staff from various city
departments will be available to answer questions. This public discussion is
among the reasons the city's budget so closely matches the community's
highest priorities each year. 

 

Information on the 2024-25 Trial Budget is on the city's website at
www.phoenix.gov/budget <http://www.phoenix.gov/budget> . Residents are
invited to provide comments on the budget by completing the online form at
https://www.phoenix.gov/budget/contact-us, emailing us at
budget.research at phoenix.gov <mailto:budget.research at phoenix.gov>  or calling
us at 602-262-4800, TTY: use 7 - 1 - 1.  Social media users can follow
#PhoenixBudget.
