Hello Everyone!

 

Please see information about tomorrow's City Council Meeting and the Mayor
reading the Proclamation

What: Phoenix Chapter Attending the City Council Meeting and hearing White
Cane Awareness Proclamation prior.

Time: 2:00 PM

*	Mayor to read Proclamation at 2:15, Meeting starts at 2:30.
*	Please note that you can request to speak in person prior to the
meeting at the chambers. All public comments are at the end of the meeting
which will be about an hour long.

 

Location of event: Phoenix City Council Chambers, 200 W Jefferson St,
Phoenix, AZ 85007

 

Ride share info: There is not a designated ride share drop off location,
however, vehicles may drop off individuals on 3rd Avenue near Jefferson. The
Council Chambers is to the east of 3rd Avenue and just behind the Thelda
Williams Dog Park. 

 

Parking info: Parking is available at parking meters around City Hall or in
the Municipal Garage located at 305 W. Washington St.  

 

Other details: Any member of the public may address the council for up to 3
minutes on issues of interest or concern during public comment. Please know
state law prevents councilmembers from responding to comments, but they may
direct staff to follow up if necessary. Anyone is welcome to register to
speak when they arrive at the chambers.
