Hello Phoenix Chapter,
This email is a reminder of a conversation that took place at May's Chapter
meeting. If you are planning to go to National Convention in New Orleans
from July 8 through July 13, and would like assistance from the Chapter,

The deadline is June 15. However, it is highly recommended to email him as
soon as possible, as you never know whomever else is also needing
assistance.
