<html><head><meta http-equiv="content-type" content="text/html; charset=utf-8"></head><body dir="auto">A few of us met with Bob Kretzschmar about a month ago to discuss our Constitution and some of the things that we needed to take out of it and then add to it in order to ensure its passage with state and national. Well Scott and I then went over the constitution and made the changes that were needed. Below is the revised constitution and then a file that will go over what we omitted from the constitution. That we passed back in June. At Saturday’s meeting we will read it the new constitution and what we omitted. At the December meeting, we will then vote on the newly revised constitution and send it to state and national. At that meeting, we will also vote and updated roster for our chapter. If you look at the revised constitution, there were plans in place for duties of the secretary to make sure that they roster is continuously updated. Because our constitution was not passed in time, we also had to change when our board of elections would be and if this is past before 2018, it is then when we will have our elections. I hope you all like the changes that were made and if you don’t you should be prepared to speak about them either on Saturday of the November meeting or when or before it is past and December.
