and that they can continue to live full and independent lives. <o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This email is designed to provide those who intend to volunteer or visit the festival in a social capacity with additional details to know before arriving. Please read over the information and let me know if you have questions or concerns.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Free family event at Tempe Beach Park; 54 W. Rio Salado Parkway, Tempe, AZ 85281<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">This hotel is located on the North side of Rio Salado Parkway. To get to the Tempe Beach Park, exit the hotel heading toward the sidewalk along Rio Salado Parkway then walk west along Rio Salado Parkway toward Mill Avenue. Take the second
crosswalk to cross Rio Salado Parkway at Mill Avenue. Once crossed, follow the sidewalk to the park entrance. There will be a Traffic Officer and festival goers around to offer general assistance. Please coordinate with others using the hotel for drop offs
or reach out to Scott Tokunaga, he has volunteered to meet people who would like assistance to the Ohana Village. Scott would appreciate knowing when paratransit is schedule to drop off so he can plan his walk accordingly. Any advanced information will help
to make everyone’s day joyful.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">A group interested in a social outing will be at the festival from 11 AM to 2 PM. They will meet up at the Ohana Village before heading out to take on the festival.<o:p></o:p></p>

<p class="MsoNormal">Volunteer should also plan to meet at our information table at the Ohana Village. I will be giving people a rough idea of when to show up to volunteer. It looks like everyone will be on target for giving one hour of their time. Be on the
look out for communication from me.<o:p></o:p></p>
