News. SB1130 will be 3rd Read (Voted on by the full Senate tomorrow,

the Senate has raised any issue with the bill which all but assures passage by
the Senate.

not heard yet what time the Senate plans to return to the floor tomorrow.
We are in what is known as "cross-over week." The Senate is debating
and voting on the backlog of bills that have passed out of committees since the
beginning of the legislative session which means very long days at the
Legislature. As of the writing of this email, the Senate is still on the
floor. I'll try to let you know what time they plan to resume
tomorrow. But because SB1130 remains on the consent calendar, it means the
bill will be voted on without the need for debate. Senators can still be
able to explain their vote...but we are in good shape.
