<div>We did not get a chance to play the presidential release during this past chapter meeting. Therefore, I invite everyone to take the time to listen to the audio or read the transcript of the presidential release for September. The full September release
was presented on September 3 and you can also listen to the chapter edition included in the links below. President Mark Riccobono explains the organization\u2019s affiliation structure as outlined in the NFB National Constitution and emphasizes the role of membership
in the organized blind movement. This is a very pertinent topic and answers one of the areas of discussion we had during the chapter meeting. It is an important reminder for those of us in the organization as well as great information for our mini new members.
