Dear Federation,

Christmas will be here before we know it! 

We would like to cordially invite you to our East Valley Christmas potluck.

This holiday event will be held at the home of Ruth Swenson and Jim Sohl on December 15th 2018. The address is 311 West McNair Street in Chandler AZ.85225. The gathering will start at 3pm. You are welcome to stay as long as you like.

This is a potluck. Please bring your special dishes to share. I will provide you with a menu of things needed below. We will also be calling you. Not only do we need food, we need help. Our Christmas parties are getting so big. This is a great thing. If you would like to be a part of the crew instead of bringing food, please let us know. We need help with set up, clean up and serving.

We have some really fun activities planned. 

Santa wants to stop by! Parents, please bring a gift that you know your child will like. Santa will passed the gifts out to them. 

If you would like to be a part of our gift exchange, please bring a gift, preferably unisex. The gift has to cost at least $10 or more. We want to make sure people are getting something a little nice for Christmas.

The student division is planning on auctioning a basket! These baskets are pretty nice. If you want to pamper yourself and help the student division at the same time, put in a bid!

This is really exciting! The Phoenix chapter is giving away $1000. All you need to do is buy a raffle ticket for a chance to win! I see shopping in someone’s future! They will be drawing the lucky winner at our Christmas party!!
