> Live and In-Person Meetings – at the May quarterly board meeting the board voted to form a small committee to discuss the process for resuming live and in-person meetings. As local communities begin easing restrictions we want to make sure we take a thoughtful and well thought approach to how we resume meeting face to face. Keeping in mind an atmosphere of inclusivity and safety. The committee is meeting within the next two weeks and we plan to issues some directions soon after the meeting.

> State Convention Seminars – our goal is to have the agenda for this year’s state convention done and posted on-line by August 1, 2021. This is dependent on receiving all seminar and sponsor information on a timely basis.

> If you are interested in presenting a seminar at the state convention, your written description for the seminar needs to be submitted no later than June 30, 2021. Please send the information to nfb.az.president at gmail.com with “State Convention Seminar” in the subject line.

> State Convention Registration – Registration is open. Please visit our website at http://www.az.nfb.org and register to attend our 75th annual convention. You must register no later than  Registration is free! However, if you have the ability to contribute to our organization, please consider making a financial contribution.
