[NFBAZ-EastValleyChapter] Update on Justin Hughe

Hi, everyone, here is an update on how Justin Hughes is doing.

Justin is doing ok and he can talk, but it needs to be short 
conversations and he misses everyone in his NFB of arizona family.

He would love to hear from you all. He is on a long road to recovery 
and he got to have a bath and the nurse helped him get claned up. the 
nurse comes in 3 times a week.
