[NFBAZ-EastValleyChapter] East Valley Chapter Meeting And Elections This Saturday Read For Election And Voting Information

 Dear East Valley Chapter,

Please read for important election and voting  Information.

We will be holding our in person chapter meeting and elections this Saturday January 15th from 12:30pm to 3pm.

This month our meeting and elections will be in person only if you would like to vote. You  will not be able to vote or have an elected position on the East Valley board if you are unable to attend in person. This was voted on by the Chapter in our November 2021 Chapter Meeting by the membership. This is really because we couldn’t think of any other fair way to vote. The national office is pushing for meetings to be held in person. We also do not have a voting line. In order for voting to be fair, we decided as a chapter to hold the voting meeting in person. We need as many of our members to be at this meeting as possible to vote.

We are asking that if you come to the East Valley meeting in person, please make sure you’re feeling well. If you’re feeling sick, even if you have a cold, it’s okay. Please stay home until you feel better to keep people safe and healthy. 

We will all be wearing masks for our in person meeting.

The East Valley Chapter meeting will be held at the Pyle Adult Recreation Center located at:

655 East Southern Avenue in Tempe, 85282

The meeting room will open at 12 PM. We will be meeting in the Payson room. 

If for any reason you are unable to attend our in person meeting, our East Valley board has decided to still offer a virtual option to attend this meeting. This will be for potential new members, people that are interested in what the East Valley meeting is about, or for members who are unable to attend but would still like a chance to listen to our meeting.

After our meeting this Saturday, we will be gathering at The Red Devil restaurant  located at: 208 West Southern Avenue. In Tempe 85282.
