I am very excited to share information about two upcoming events being
hosted by the NFB of Arizona! Please find detailed information below
and on the attached flyers!


NFB of Arizona STEM 2U Program!
Date: August 19, 2023
Time: 9:00 AM-3:00 PM
Location: SAAVI Phoenix 2920 N 7th St Phoenix AZ 85014
Description:
This program is great for youth in grades three through twelve who:
Are interested in experiments and investigations
Could benefit from fun programs specific to blind students
Need hands-on, nonvisual skills training opportunities
*The Arizona program will accept students in younger grades.
The theme this year is space! In collaboration with the Center of
Science and Industry (COSI) join us for a day of excitement as we
build and launch rockets, create a moon base, learn about the impact
of craters, and make a parachute.
