[NFBAZ-EastValleyChapter] attention! time for the East Valley annual pool party!

Attention! Attention! Attention!



It is time once again for the annual National Federation of the Blind of
Arizona East Valley chapter’s pool party and light dinner. All are very
much welcome--even if you do not swim, come and enjoy good company and meet
up with old friends. This is the second returning pool party since Covid
hit and the first was a great success.

The East Valley Chapter will provide the food.

We are asking for those who can to provide a light dessert.

Please notify Somaya or Mark if you intend to join us and what type of
dessert you can bring along with you as soon as possible.





We are also planning to recognize the 2023 2024 Braille Readers Are leaders
East Valley student participants along with our chapter adult participants.



Here are the details as well as our draft menu:

When: June 15, 2024,

Where: at the home of Ruth Swenson and Jim Sohl,

311 West McNair street Chandler AZ



What time: from 2 pm. till whenever,



What to bring: bring yourself, a friend, swim suit, and a dessert if you
want.



Here is the draft menu:

Taco salad bowls:



A light edible taco shell bowl filled with your choice of the following:

Ground beef,

Chicken,

Beans,

Rice,

Cheese,

Lettuce,

Pico,

Salsa,

Guacamole.

Dinner also includes simple horsdoeuvres, Desserts and soda/water.
