Your presence matters. Legislators listen when blind Arizonans show up
informed, organized, and united. Whether this is your first PHX Seminar or
your tenth, your voice strengthens our collective impact.
To prepare for meetings with your legislators, and to make sure you are
able to attend an appointment with your member, you can look up your
legislative district here:

2026 PHX Seminar Legislative Issues:
- Website Accessibility: Update Arizona law to recognize websites as places
of public accommodation so blind Arizonans can access online goods and
services on equal terms.
- Independent Living Funding: Increase state funding so blind seniors can
remain independent and avoid unnecessary institutionalization.
- Qualified Instruction for Students: Ensure blind and low vision students
receive instruction from properly trained and certified professionals in
critical skill areas.
Please register today, plan to attend the Great Gathering, and join us at
the Capitol to advocate for a stronger future for blind Arizonans.
