The location address is: 1010 W Washington Street at the 1010 Cafe. The kitchen will be open <a href="x-apple-data-detectors://1" dir="ltr" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="calendar-event" x-apple-data-detectors-result="1" style="-webkit-text-decoration-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.258824);">at 7:30 am</a> and offer a full breakfast menu for those who would to come early and have breakfast. The menu will run <a href="x-apple-data-detectors://2" dir="ltr" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="calendar-event" x-apple-data-detectors-result="2" style="-webkit-text-decoration-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.258824);">until 11:30</a>. The memorial lunch will <a href="x-apple-data-detectors://3" dir="ltr" x-apple-data-detectors="true" x-apple-data-detectors-type="calendar-event" x-apple-data-detectors-result="3" style="-webkit-text-decoration-color: rgba(0, 0, 0, 0.258824);">start at noon</a>. The cost of lunch will be $15 per adult and $5 for children under 12. All additional plates of food will be $5 a plate. The menu will include your choice of spaghetti with meatballs or chicken fettucine alfredo. Both men have expressed that they would prefer donations in their names, apposed to flowers. Arlen wishes for any donations on his behalf be given to the Phoenix chapter of the NFB's Caring fund. Scott wishes for donations on his behalf be given to SAAVI Services for the Blind.
