[NFBC-At-Large] uploading picture on Amazon

You can scan a document through a free app scanner of your card if you don’t have it already.
Another option is going to Staples and they can take a copy of your card or assist you in sending the picture to Amazon.
I had good luck with Staples assisting me with printed and scanned  documents.
