Hello Everyone: I have pasted our At-Large June 18,2020 meeting minutes
below.

At-Large-Chapter meeting minutes 6/18/2020 

Call to Order: The At large meeting was called to order at 7:05PM by Cathy
Gaten, President. 

Meeting Attendees: Cathy G, Carmen W, Barbara F, Isabel Y, Jeanette T,
Sherry P, Ever H, Toby W, Jim T. 

Minutes: Minutes from the May, 2020 meeting were read and a motion to accept
the minutes as read was made by Carmen W and seconded by Isabel y. Motion
carried and the minutes were accepted. 

Treasurer's Report: Beginning Balance: $878.47 

Ending Balance: $933.24 

Presidential Report: The Presidential release  was partially played. Our
National President Mark Riccobono discussed our National convention.
Explaining how the convention will be streamed via Zoom and there will be
further  instructions and information on the NFB website. 

State Convention: Our State convention will be held on October 22 Through
October 25 via the Zoom Platform. 

Other Chapter Business: The chapter engaged in a discussion about activities
we would like to have outside of our regular meeting. Many ideas were brain
stormed, such as a virtual book club, a line dancing class, and an exercise
class.  Diversity and Inclusion:

The Chapter had a discussion about the letter written by our National
President concerning the NFB's support of diversity and Inclusion.   . 

Announcements: Chapter members gave out information about different programs
that are available 

During the Pandemic. 

Adjournment: A motion was made by Carmen W, and seconded by Isabel to
adjourn. The motion carried. 

The meeting was adjourned at 8:30PM
