I haven't found anything yet but It's probably the former chocobraille
site in New York.
They only ship in fall and winter I think.
Here's something even better!

Braille Chocolate Molds
Braille Chocolate Molds
A Delicious Way To Send Your Message!
$11.95
This is a scrumptious way to send a greeting card. These plastic chocolate
molds
will enable you to make many chocolate greeting cards. Simply melt some
baker's chocolate
squares and pour the liquid chocolate into the mold and after about a half
hour in
the refrigerator, you will have two mouth-watering chocolate bars - complete
with
a print and Braille message of your choice (in form of y
    raised Braille dots). The
chocolate cards will weigh approximately four oounces and measure 6-1/2
inches x
4 inches.
This is perhaps the sweetest and most unique gift you'll give all year!
Chocolates
come in all shapes and sizes and flavors ... but who ever heard of a
chocolate bar
with Braille on it?
You can choose from 3 different molds. Each mold makes two separate
chocolate cards
with 2 different messages - two for the price of one! So, which set of
greetings
would you like?
"Happy Birthday" and "Love You"
"Have a Nice Day" and "Thank You"
"Merry Christmas" and "Happy Holidays"
Approximate Measurements: 8-1/4 inches x 10 inches x 1/2 inches
