  Hi Mary,

Its unfortunate we are having so much trouble connecting to complete the
signer transfer for the Affiliate Bank Accounts. However, since we have
another Board meeting coming up this week, I'm wondering if you could send
me directly, the log in information for all of the accounts online access?
This will at least allow me to be able to get into the accounts and see
where we are, and what has been happening since the Treasurer's last report
to the Board. This will allow me to at least generate some level of a report

for Thursday's Board Meeting. I'm confident you understand my reluctance in
going into another Board meeting without being able to speak intelligently
about where the Affiliate stands financially. Also, just as an fyi, I have
copied the 1st and 2nd VP to ensure they are also in the loop about this
situation.

Thanks again, and I look forward to your reply.

  Best-

  Jonathan Lyens

Good evening Jonathan,

Thank you for your message. Unfortunately, there is no log on information
for you because you have not gotten to the banks yet to sign on to the
accounts. The only way you can log on at this point is to use someone elses

log on information and I am not comfortable with that.

In the meantime, I have appointed an Assistant Treasurer.

Jonathan, please don't make this so difficult. I have made two appointments

with you since the last board meeting, to go to the banks and you have
cancelled both at the last minute. If you don't want to be the Treasurer,
please tell me.

Cordially
(Mary Willows)

1. Who is the Assistant Treasurer and why did Mary not consult with the
Board? I’m glad that the Treasurer is keeping the vice presidents apprised
of this communication.

2. In the past two years, neither of the web access to the bank accounts
ever had the option of generating unique logins. When did this option
become available or is Mary mistaken?

3. When I offered to help make the treasurer transition smooth, Mary turned
me down. I don't believe Jonathan is making it difficult for Mary.

4. Our affiliate constitution is very clear with regards to the role of the
president and treasurer. I believe Mary is acting in violation of the
constitution by using Robert as the treasurer, especially without consulting
with the board.
