Hello California Federationists:
There are just 3 weeks till the deadline for applying to go to the 2009 
Washington Seminar.  We still need representation from northern California 
(way up north), Central Cal and way down south (east of SD).  Anyone 
available to travel and willing to commit to 3 very long days should contact 
me by December 1.
