This email contains attachments that discussion the Louis Braille birthday
events that all state affiliates will be participating in on January 4.
Please read and if you have any questions and or any ideas on what chapters
would like to do to promote Braille literacy on January/09. please let me
know.

Colleagues,
 
Attached to this email are three documents which we will use to constitute
the basis of our January 4 activities. Please note, however, that the
information found in the sample email and activity overview is intended as
suggestion, and can be adapted or amended as you see fit.
 
In addition, you will find a materials request form attached to this email.
The materials outlined in this form will be provided to affiliates free of
charge. When submitting requests for material packets, please submit one
request for each event you plan to hold. If you will be presenting at two
separate book stores, please submit two material request forms. Also,
because we will be sending these packets in the midst of holiday mailings,
and the post can be somewhat unpredictable, please be sure to have the
materials in hand by the deadline listed on the form.
 
If you have any questions about these materials, feel free to contact me
here. We will also be discussing them at the upcoming conference calls.
 
I look forward to working with all of you as we forge ahead with our
campaign. We have much to accomplish in the coming year, and I am confident
we will all rise to the challenge.
