[Nfbc-info] Louis Braille Literacy event

Hello Fellow Federationists- 
I spoke to Dr Schroeder  this morning and he stated that it is fine if
chapters want to have their events on  a date other then January 4/09.
However it preferable that events be held close to the January 4 date.
