[Nfbc-info] Preregistration problem

Hi Mike when you go to the NFB cal site the form is there. After you 
compleete it you go offsite to paypal when you compleete the paypal 
transaction you go back to the NFB Cal site and print out your form that 
lists your payment banquet choice etc which you take to convention.
When we had the error it wouldn't let the printout come up it just said a 
problem with the payment so we printed out the paypal transactions and held 
onto them.
Robert tells me the problem was the E check.  Apparently the NFB Cal is 
friendlier to credit cards so had we used the credit card number on the 
debit card the error may not have happened but also paypal may have been 
having problems last Thursday.

If paypal was having problems that would have definitely caused the problem.
