Hi Mary, Jim, and all, Eric Calhoun.  I'm ineligible for the First-Timers
Scholarship, and I've heard that if you cannot afford the Convention, (I am
looking at the Dallas Convention next year) then one can apply for an NFB
Scholarship.   Is this true?
