[Nfbc-info] system access question

Nuts!  I'm just finding all kinds of things to be, at best, quirky and at 
worst, annoying.  Why, for instance, does SA call "'"quote?  I'll bet you 
won't be able to make sense of that last question unless you are reading it 
with jaws or windoweyes.  Still, system access makes more things accessible 
in an easier way than jaws did.  It won't pronounce my last name correctly 
either.    I gotta go.  .
