Azziza (and anyone else interested),

Try searching the World Blind Union website for contacts in the
Central/Latin American region and start emailing those contacts. Rosy
Carranza at the National Center coordinates the Spanish speakers
division and could tell you if any of them are Salvadoran, or if they
know anyone who is. Find out if Nicolas has any contacts in Argentina
that might lead to El Salvador, a longshot, but a possibility, but
worth a shot. You could also contact the El Salvadoran embassy in
Washington DC and ask about organizations, schools, and services for
the blind there. Good Luck!

Life should not be a journey to the grave with the intention of
arriving safely in an attractive and well-preserved body, but rather
to skid in sideways, Grigio in one hand, strawberries in the other,
body thoroughly used up, totally worn out, and screaming, "Wah Hoo!
What a ride!"
