[Nfbc-info] Taarget question

Each person can make up to two claims of $3500 each.  It is up to the claims 
administrator to determine the validity of those claims.  If there are more 
claims then there is money (if it exceeds 6 million dollars) then the money 
will be distributed accordingly.  Last I heard there were 350 claimants.
