[Nfbc-info] Step program at Junior Blind: They are not discriminating against the blind

Hi guys and gals:

Clearly, the Junior Blind is looking for people with sight. This means
that blind people cannot be expected to have a "valid driver's license."
The Junior Blind has other programs, that are open to blind people, too.
How do I know? Because, from 1980 through 1992, I was a camper at the
Junior Blind Foundation!
