[Nfbc-info] Legislative call to action- Conference Committee hearing

Fellow Federationists:
On Monday, June 1, the Committee on Budget of the legislature will be 
holding a public hearing on SB 61.  The hearing will begin at 9:30 in room 
4203.  We need representation to get the message out that the legislature 
should use "Stimulis Money" to pay for education programs and services which 
serve the blind.  This money would make it possible for the programs to 
continue serving the blind until the state can figure out what to do to fill 
the gap.

If you can attend, please plan on getting to the Capitol Building by 7:30 
that morning.  Please contact me to coordinate speakers.
