I can clarify, Michael. If you call the Cupertino office, (408-400-3887),
and pass your website accessibility issues to Campaign Management, they
will work to see that this will happen. There's a place to invite Meg to
your event, which could mean an NFB Chapter meeting. Please fill out the
form, and send it to them. (Yes, we must make them aware of the Capsha
problem.) You could invite her to the Convention in Irvine. But please!:
Please sign up for her updates, get her up-to-speed about what concerns the
blind of California. And if you have Facebook, she will add you. This
means, ladies and gentlemen, we must start moving forward.
KNX wasn't in attendance, but a few newspapers were. I will be on the
phone to their Newsroom the next time she is down here; the room phone
number is 323-900-2070.
In review: Sign up for Campaign updates, sign up to interact with the
Whitman campaign, and follow her on Facebook. So, if you get an e-mail,
inviting you to meet Meg, please try and make it your business to be there.
She wants to hear from us!
P.S. It was very upsetting to know I was the only visually-impaired
person in attendance. Sorry some of you missed it, but when she comes to
your town, don't forget to RSVP please.
