anyone interested in joining an At Large Chapter of the National Federation 
of the Blind of California.  All are invited.

If you know of someone who is too shy to go to a meeting but would really 
benefit from the discussion and news sharing, bring them on the line.

The topics for this month will be the very successful state convention held 
on October 21 to 24 in Irvine.  We will read resolutions, and discuss
