Hello:
I am pleased to inform you that the Hilton hotel has been very generous and 
extended our reservation deadline to October 6.  This is not an excuse to 
procrastinate.  I understand doubles are limited.

We do have shoulder rates for the Wednesday night before and the Sunday 
night after the convention.  Your room rate is $85.00 with 10% tax per 
night.

If you wish to take advantage of our convention rate of $85.00 per night, 
you cannot use any other discounted price.
