Hello all. Yes, I’m back home. As some of you know, I was given a yellow lab last week at Leaderdog named Wilson. We were doing fine despite very bad leg pain. Yesterday morning I went to urgent care do to bleading in my lower back. It was determined that I had an infection. needless to say, Leaderdog sent me home because they didn’t want to deal with the infection and because my leg pain was so bad. They told me that if I can get a clean bhill of health in two weeks, they will bring Wilson to me in Chicago. 

I went to my doctor today to have him look at the infection. As of yesterday, I am taking antibiotics and antibiotic ointment. I am trying to get in to see a neuro sergeon here in the Chicago area. That might be imposible. If I can’t get to one within the next few days, I will need to go to my original neuro sergeon in Southern California who knows my leg and perhaps can do something to stave off this terrible pain.
