Hello,

If you are using Office 2010, here is where you will find "restrict
editing." Open athe document and then press ALT+F. this opens the office
menu. Down arrow four times until you hear JAWS announce "Information Tab."
Press the right arrow key to open it. The first button is the "Protect
Document" button. Press enter on this. Down arrow 2 times to "restrict
editing."  Press enter on this. You will be placed in a dialog box, and just
select the options you want, which is to unprotect editing. This should
work. If using Word 2010, you can pin the "restrict editing" to the quick
access menu, which is located above the home tab. Just arrow up once from
the home tab. HTH.
